Unstable Equipment Training
The Pilates Studio uses unstable equipment training example foam roller, stability ball and fit disk. Most sessions would consist of matwork and reformer training with use of unstable equipment depending on your level, and limitations.
Pilates is a great post rehabilitative exercise program, we can work with your chiropractor, or doctor to acheive your goals. Condition efficient patterns of movement making the body less prone to injury and promote recovery. Consistency is the key, Pilates should be practised at least 2 preferably 3 times per week. This should offer relief from back pain by strengthening the core muscles and relieve joint stress.
